Most common mistakes when importing data.

When importing data please be aware of the below mistakes.
1. Wrong file format
Only .XLSX and files are supported.
2. Wrong date format
It is well advised to start with downloading a sample file. There is one available for each type of import.
If possible do not change formatting of the date cells. We recommend to use Excel AutoFill when working with months (monthly performance imports). When working with days (daily performance or NAV imports) try to match the dates formatting from the sample file. See Creating Import file for more information.
3. Missing program identifier
Programs are identified by program identifiers. The identifier(s) in Topsheets need to match identifier(s) in your spreadsheet. See Creating Import file for more information.
