Automatic PDF generator

There is an option to automatically generate PDF reports for all your factsheets including foreign language versions. This is particulary useful for users who manage large number of factsheets. Please note that the Programs module must be activated, otherwise the feature is not available. If you would like us to activate the module, just send us an email.

1. How to automatically create PDFs for all programs?

1. Click the modules icon and select the Programs module.
2. Choose programs (or select all) and click the “Generate Factsheets” link.
3. Set up your saving options (destination, language, merging into one pdf). Please note an FTP account at our server is needed for FTP option.

2. Download your factsheets

Generated reports can be downloaded using the Download link. If the generation process is taking too long, you can safely navigate away and come back later using the PDF Generation Results link.

Also, all generated factsheets are stored in the Documents section under your company profile.
