To improve account security, Topsheets limits the number of unsuccessful sign-in attempts. This measure helps protect user accounts from automated brute-force attacks and unauthorized access attempts.
If a user enters an incorrect password 5 times in a row, the account will be temporarily locked for 10 minutes.
What can I do if my account is locked?
You have the following options:
- Wait 10 minutes and then try signing in again.
- Reset your password to unlock the account immediately.
- Contact [email protected] to have your account unlocked by client support.
