Add benchmarks

There is a large database of benchmarks (including ETFs, Mutual Funds or Stocks) available in Topsheets. If there is a benchmark missing, you can easily create your own custom benchmark (provided you have its performance data).

Benchmarks´ performance or their composition can be displayed in most of our tables and charts. There can be as many benchmarks in your investment performance report as you like.

Adding benchmarks from our database

  1. Select a program in the left-hand panel.
  2. Click Benchmarks in the right-hand panel.
  3. Choose one of the benchmarks listed under Main Benchmarks, or open the All Benchmarks tab to search for additional benchmarks.
  4. To add more than one benchmark, click the Add Benchmark button.
  5. Click Save.

I want to add MBXAX as a benchmark but it appears that only ETF’s are listed as options. I do not want to maintain a custom benchmark on an ongoing basis. Please add this one for me.

      Hi Matt,
our platform currently supports ETFs, individual stocks, and a selection of widely-used indices. Unfortunately, mutual funds like MBXAX are not included in the list of available benchmarks.

If you’d still like to use MBXAX for comparison purposes, the only option would be to create a custom benchmark. I understand that maintaining a custom benchmark may not be ideal, but at this time it’s the only way to incorporate mutual funds into your analysis.
