Update and import performance data for a single program
Follow the steps described below when you want to update data for one specific program.
Supported data types: monthly returns, daily returns, quarterly returns, NAV.
Workflow
1. Navigate to the required import section
Select the program in the left-hand panel. Then open Performance Data in the right-hand panel and select the required data type.

2. Upload an Excel file
All available performance data types can be imported from an Excel file. Note: If you prefer to enter data manually, skip to section 3.
2.1 Prepare and upload an Excel file
The file must contain a valid program identifier and retain the required structure and formatting. We recommend starting by downloading the sample file available on each page.
See Creating Import file / Mass import file for more information.

2.2 Select the import options
Choose the required import type and any additional options.
Import type
Most imports allow you to choose between two import types:
- Full import – deletes records not included in the file.
- Incremental import – keeps records not included in the file.

Update related performance data (NAV only)
These options calculate and update related performance data from the imported source data. When importing NAV data, you can update daily, monthly, and quarterly returns as well.
Be careful when using these features, as calculated returns will overwrite existing values.

Multiply returns by 100
Multiplies all imported return values by 100, for example converting 0.05 to 5.
2.3 Import the data
Click Save to start the import process.

3. Manual input
Monthly returns and quarterly returns can also be entered manually.

Performance Type
The Monthly and Quarterly Returns sections allow you to assign Performance Type shortcuts to selected periods (e.g., C – Confirmed or E – Estimate). See Highlight estimates in performance table for more information.
Update related performance data
The Daily and Monthly Returns sections allow users to update related performance data by manually clicking the relevant Update Returns button. Be careful when using these features, as calculated returns will overwrite existing values.
