Your subscription determines how many active programs or reports can be maintained in TopSheets. The exact limit depends on the selected plan. See the Fundpeak pricing plans for the number of funds included in each plan.
Using benchmarks does not duplicate a factsheet
Assigning an existing benchmark to a program does not create another factsheet. A new custom benchmark, however, is a separate data series and must have its own performance data.
Reuse an existing program as a benchmark
If a program should be treated as an index, change its Legal Structure to Index. After refreshing TopSheets, the series can be selected as a custom benchmark for another program. See Convert a program into a custom benchmark.
When the subscription limit is reached
Review whether unused programs can be archived or whether an existing data series can be reused. Contact Fundpeak support if you need to confirm the current limit or increase the available capacity.
