There is a new function available that makes your work a bit easier when creating fund factsheets. The function is called Mass Daily Data Import and it enables you to import daily data for multiple portfolios in a few clicks.

If you’ve already used Mass Monthly Data Import, then this should be a breeze for you because the process is basically the same. If Mass Data Imports sounds completely unfamiliar to you, it’s worth paying attention as these fund factsheet automation functions can save you a lot of time when creating fund tearsheets.

In order to import daily data for more funds simultaneously, you need to follow 3 simple steps:

1) Prepare a file with your data

This file needs to be a *.xlsx file and it should only contain dates and columns with your fund´s data. Every column (fund) needs to have a unique title (code). It’s very simple – just take a look at the image below.

2) Add codes to your programs (funds)

You can edit the code of each program if you edit the general information about the program (as per the image below).

3) Upload your file

Click on Company Profile and open Mass Imports in the right menu. Go to Mass Daily Data Import and upload your file using the Upload Daily Data button.
