A personal data processing declaration pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the data subject’s instructions (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR“).

(Company ID: 27283313 , VAT ID: CZ27283313), a business with its registered office at Travnice 902, 51101 Turnov, Czech republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in  Ústi nad Labem, File Code C 22448 (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Controller”) hereby provides you with information on what kind of personal data of natural persons it processes, the purpose and duration of this processing in compliance with the applicable law, who it can provide such data with and for what reasons and what rights natural persons have in connection with the Data Controller’s activity.

Directly from the Data Subject (order forms, emails, phone calls, chats)

Purpose of personal data processing

Contract performance;
Communication with customers as part of contract performance;
E-mails offering the Data Controller’s auxiliary services;
Compliance with the Data Controller’s legal obligations.

Lawful basis for personal data processing

Article 6, Par. 1, Letter b) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

Article 6, Par. 1, Letter c) processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;

Article 6, Par. 1, Letter f) processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.

Personal data recipients (persons involved in the further processing of personal data)

Our processors who work under our instructions and are involved in the supply and provision of our services (hosting services, accounting).

Transfer of personal data to third countries

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to any third countries.

Duration of personal data processing

The period of time a contract between the Data Subject and the Data Controller remains in effect. Following contract termination personal data is disposed of, with the exception of the personal data that must continue to be processed under the applicable laws.

Automated decision-making

The company does not process any personal data in this manner.

Rights of the Data Subject

To request from the Data Controller access to the Data Subject’s personal data;
To request from the Data Controller personal data rectification or erasure;
To request from the Data Controller that processing should be restricted;
To raise objections to processing;
The right to data portability;
To lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (The Office for Personal Data Protection) and request protection from a court.
